Air Forensics

Air Forensics is a project funded by the European Union’s Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions for 2024-2028. It is part of Natural Traces.

Natural Traces is a consortium of 23 university research laboratories, State forensic laboratories, forensic companies, and police forces from 13 European Countries and Argentina funded by the European Commission and the UK for 11 research centres on biological traces in forensics, ranging from forensic entomology and forensic statistics to forensics of mass graves and air forensics.

The UNSJ, Leonardo Díaz Nieto, is leading the research project combining non-human biological traces and human biological traces in air forensics.
